1. During the operation of light and heavy oil guns in boilers, inspectors should observe the ignition and atomization of oil guns on the spot, notify the central control room in time if the combustion is not good, stop the operation of the oil guns immediately, and prevent the tail from being polluted by the heat surface due to the poor atomization, or the heavy oil falling into the cold ash hopper causing the slag crusher to roll brake. At the same time, the inspection of light and heavy oil system in front of furnace should be strengthened to prevent fire accidents caused by light and heavy oil leakage.
2. During the process of heating and pressurizing, the stress margin of outlet header of steam-water separator and convection superheater should be monitored frequently. If it is found that the stress margin decreases, the increase of fuel quantity should be stopped and the time of heating and pressurizing should be prolonged.
3. In the process of heating up and pressurizing, we should strengthen the monitoring of the heating surface and metal temperature, carefully control the intermediate point temperature (outlet steam temperature of separator), adjust the swing angle of Desuperheater Water and burner, and control the main steam temperature and reheat steam temperature within the set range.
4. In the process of boiler start-up, the monitoring of air preheater detection should be strengthened, the alarm should be checked on site in time, and the soot blowing of air preheater should be carried out twice in each shift to prevent the fire accident of air preheater.
5. The water level of the recovery tank of the start-up system decreases gradually after the boiler is converted to pure direct current operation. At this time, the BD004 valve should be closed to prevent the vacuum reduction of the condenser caused by the air leakage of the start-up system from affecting the normal operation of the unit.
6. When the inlet steam temperature of the boiler separator reaches saturation temperature (100 C) for the first time and the second layer heavy oil gun is put into operation, the boiler has the process of steam-water expansion. At this time, attention should be paid to the water level control of the steam-water separator and deaerator to prevent exceeding the limit.
7. When the boiler operates in the wet and dry state transition area, it should shorten its operation time as far as possible, and pay attention to maintaining the stability of fuel control and separator water level, and strictly control the stability of steam pressure according to the pressure-rising curve, so as to prevent the fluctuation of metal temperature on the heating surface of the boiler.
