2. The base screw of motor is not loosened, the cover of the wheel screw is intact, the grounding wire is firm, the oil level of the front and rear bearings is normal, the oil level meter is clear, the oil quality is good, the bearing temperature is less than 70 degrees, the motor temperature is less than 100 degrees, the motor shaking is less than 0.1MM, the series shaft is less than 2-4MM, the motor rotates normally, there is no friction and abnormal sound.
3. Baffle: Entrance adjusting baffle has flexible movement, good connection between actuator and connecting rod, correct calibration indication, on-site switch in-remote control-position, flexible actuator of outlet baffle is well connected with connecting rod, correct calibration indication, on-site switch in-remote control-position 1/2-2/3.
4. Oil level of tank in oil station is normal, oil quality is good, hydraulic pressure of 2.5-3.5 MPA regulated hydraulic oil is normal, differential pressure of lubricating oil is less than 0.4-0.5 MPA filter screen is less than 0.05 MPA, normal oil return of lubricating oil is sufficient, there is no oil leakage in the system, cooling water is unimpeded, water return is normal, return water temperature is less than 40 C.
5. The oil level of the bearing box is normal, the oil quality is good, and the temperature is less than 60 C.
6. Others: The accident button is in good condition and the protective cover is complete.
